Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPRD Lampung, Yozi Rizal, menilai daya beli masyarakat masih tergolong rendah.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, meskipun Nilai Tukar Petani (NTP) tercatat baik, tidak semua masyarakat merasakan dampak positifnya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTidak semua orang punya kebun sawit atau kopi. Sementara gabah dan singkong belum.
